When you interact with us through our website, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Zalo, or email, we may collect personal identification data (full name, nationality, date of birth, passport information), contact information (email address, phone number, WhatsApp/Zalo ID), and travel information (intended date of entry, purpose of visit, accommodation address in Vietnam).

We may also collect communication data (messages you send us through our channels), limited payment transaction details (we do NOT store full credit card or bank account details), and document images such as passport scans, photos, and supporting documents you voluntarily provide.

We use the collected information to process visa applications and related services, communicate with you about your application status, provide customer support and consultation, and send appointment reminders or service updates.

We also use it to improve our services, comply with Vietnamese legal requirements, and prevent fraud while ensuring service security. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information.

Our Facebook Messenger uses an AI-powered chatbot (powered by Anthropic Claude) to provide quick responses to common questions. The bot reads your messages to generate appropriate responses, and conversations may be reviewed by our staff for quality improvement.

The bot does NOT store your personal information beyond the current conversation. For sensitive information such as passport or payment details, our human consultants will handle it directly.

We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only with Vietnamese government agencies (such as the Vietnam Immigration Department and Ministry of Labor) for visa or work permit processing as required by law.

We may also share with trusted service providers who help us deliver services (such as translation and document handling), or where disclosure is required by Vietnamese law or court order. All sharing is limited to what is necessary for the service you requested.

Active customer data is retained while you use our services. Completed visa applications are retained for 5 years for Vietnamese tax and legal compliance, and marketing communications are kept until you unsubscribe.

Inactive accounts are deleted after 3 years of no contact.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements), withdraw consent for marketing communications, and file a complaint with Vietnamese data protection authorities.

We implement appropriate security measures including encrypted communication channels (HTTPS, encrypted messaging), limited staff access to personal data, regular security reviews, and secure document storage.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Our services are intended for adults (18+) or for parents and guardians applying on behalf of children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18 without parental consent.

Your data is primarily processed in Vietnam. Some third-party services we use (such as Facebook, WhatsApp, and Anthropic AI) may process data in other countries with their own privacy frameworks.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be notified to existing customers via email.
