Vietnam Legal Support provides visa assistance, document guidance, application support, and practical case coordination for foreigners visiting, living, or doing business in Vietnam.

We are not a government authority and cannot guarantee decisions made by immigration authorities, airlines, border officers, consulates, or other third parties.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information, including passport details, travel dates, visa history, entry records, and any documents requested for your case.

You must review all information before submission. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays, refusal, cancellation, extra fees, or travel disruption.

The exact scope, documents, timing, and fees depend on your nationality, location, visa status, deadline, and the option available for your case.

Unless confirmed in writing, our services do not include legal representation, employment advice, tax advice, relocation services, airline services, accommodation, insurance, or government fees.

Any processing time we provide is an estimate based on the information available at the time. Processing may be affected by public holidays, government systems, policy changes, missing documents, high demand, or third-party delays.

Urgent support means we review and handle your case as quickly as reasonably possible. It does not guarantee approval or a specific government processing time.

We will explain service fees before you proceed. Some matters may also involve government fees, courier fees, translation costs, sponsor fees, or other third-party charges.

Refund eligibility depends on the service stage, work already performed, third-party costs, and the reason for cancellation or refusal. Any specific refund term should be confirmed before payment.

Visa and entry decisions are made by the relevant authorities or travel providers. We help prepare and coordinate your case, but approval, entry, extension, renewal, or boarding cannot be guaranteed.

You should not make non-refundable travel or accommodation arrangements unless you accept the risk that a visa or entry decision may be delayed or refused.

You may use this website to learn about our services and submit inquiries. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit false information, or attempt unauthorized access.
